These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of @Dating, including profiles, stories, AI-powered features, and interactions with other users.

By accessing or using @Dating, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using @Dating

   @Dating is a service designed to help people discover, connect, communicate, and express themselves through profiles and user-created stories.

   You agree to use @Dating responsibly and not to upload, create, or distribute content that is unlawful, prohibited by our rules, harmful to other users, or infringes the rights of third parties.

   We may moderate, restrict, or remove content that violates these Terms, our community rules, applicable law, or the safety of our users.

2. Your Content

   You retain ownership of the original content you create or upload to @Dating, including your photos, text, stories, and other original materials.

   By submitting content to @Dating, you grant @Dating a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, technically modify, and distribute that content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate and provide the service.

   This license does not transfer ownership of your content to @Dating.

   You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload and use the content you submit and that your content does not infringe the rights of others.

3. Stories and Artificial Intelligence

   @Dating may use artificial intelligence technologies to assist with creating and adapting stories.

   Depending on the feature, AI may help:

   • formulate or rewrite a story;
   • edit, shorten, or format text;
   • translate content;
   • create visual interpretations of a story;
   • generate images, video, animation, audio, or other media based on a story.These features are intended to help users express their ideas and adapt stories for different @Dating formats and channels. AI-generated or AI-assisted output may differ from the user’s original wording or presentation.

4. Anonymous Sharing Outside @Dating

   External publication of a user’s story requires the user’s separate permission.

   If you choose to give this permission for a story, you grant @Dating a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and publish that story on official @Dating channels, which may include the @Dating website, Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and other official @Dating media channels.

   For these purposes, @Dating may:

   • publish all or part of the story;
   • edit, shorten, or format the story;
   • translate it;
   • adapt it for different platforms and formats;
   • create images, video, animation, audio, and other media based on the story, including through the use of artificial intelligence.Where the story is designated for anonymous sharing, @Dating will not publish your profile photo, Telegram username, contact information, or other information that would directly identify you or allow others to contact you, unless you separately agree otherwise.

     Permission to share a story externally does not automatically include permission to use your profile photo externally.

5. Withdrawing Permission for External Sharing

   You may contact @Dating Support to withdraw your permission for future external use of a story.

   After we process your request, @Dating will stop making new external uses of that story and, where technically feasible and required by applicable law, take reasonable steps to remove the relevant material from channels controlled by @Dating.

   However, copies that have already been shared, reposted, cached, indexed, downloaded, or otherwise distributed by third parties may remain outside @Dating’s control.

   Withdrawal does not affect uses of the content that occurred before your request was processed.

6. Content Moderation

   @Dating may review user profiles, photos, stories, and other content through automated systems, manual review, or a combination of both.

   We may reject, restrict, remove, or refuse to publish content that violates our rules, applicable law, third-party rights, or our safety standards.

   Where appropriate, we may also restrict, suspend, or terminate access to @Dating.

7. User Responsibility

   You are responsible for the information and content you choose to provide through @Dating and for your interactions with other users.

   @Dating provides tools that help people discover and communicate with one another, but we cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, behavior, compatibility, or accuracy of information provided by other users.

   Users should exercise appropriate judgment when communicating with or meeting people they discover through the service.

8. Account Deletion and Changes to the Service

   You may stop using @Dating and delete your account at any time using the available account controls or by contacting @Dating Support where necessary.

   We may update, modify, add, or remove features as @Dating develops.

   We may also update these Terms from time to time. Where changes materially affect users’ rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or another appropriate method.

   Continued use of @Dating after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
